I wore these on vacation where it was over 100° and they were breathable. I wore them on the plane, and they were comfortable. I threw them in the washer/dryer, and they shrink just the right amount, because they were actually too long when I first got them. I ordered a small in these pants and I got a large. I ordered coffee color and the color that came was mustard yellow, almost. , And the website said cotton/linen, but the tag on the pants says cotton/polyester. That is a big deception. Linen is a natural fiber and it breathes well. Polyester is a petroleum-based plastic fiber that does not breathe well. Luckily, I am crafty and I will take in these pants which are way too large and I will also overdye them with a light brown to try to achieve the color I was expecting. I liked these pants and really wished they fit because the fabric is pleasant and looks nice. But these pants fit only at the waist thanks to the elastic band; the rest is so large and long it almost feels like the size was labeled in error (I ordered S but this seems larger than M).
