I decided to test these rain boots by wearing them on a wet, chilly day while out Geocaching. I had to work my way down a muddy incline, through a thick layer of damp leaves and brush, across a small creek, and then back through it all again on the way out. (Yes, we found the Geocache) My feet stayed warm and dry the entire time. They feel well made and fit as expected, with enough room for some thicker socks. Although the shoes were comfortable enough, I may end up adding better insoles in the future. As it stands, I wouldn't want to walk in them for more than a couple of hours. I do appreciate that they look casual and nice enough that I could wear them on a day-to-day basis during seasons that get a lot of rain. As a final thought...I'd also note, that while I didn't slip in the mud, I wouldn't trust these on an icy surface. Read more
I bought these boots for when I take my puppy out and the grass is so wet. I just got them and have only used them for one day, but I really liked them! Not only are they pretty but my feet stayed completely dry. They do run large, so if you’re a half size, definitely order a size down. I did that and still have plenty of room for thick socks. I was skeptical about these but I LOVE them. I have a two year old who loves to splash in puddles so I needed a pair of rain boots to join in on the fun and these are great. Obviously don't go in deep water as they are only a little taller than the ankle. They serve the purpose for sure, they are comfy, keep my feet dry and I get soo many compliments on the color! I've worn these to work (on rainy days) and kept them on all day with no issues. Definitely recommend. The sizing is a little odd. I typically can wear a 6 1/2 or 7 depending of the style of the shoe, these didn't have 1/2 sizes so I got them in a 6 and they fit perfect. There is no arch support as is stated at length in the description. There is room to add inserts, so I will do that as I plan to wear these for longer periods of time. They run large, about a size larger. I ordered a size down - 7 instead of 8, and they fit fine with room for an insert and warm socks. The look as pictured and I like that. I don't know how they will hold up yet but they look alright now. I will post if they don't hold up. The treat looks great for wet terrain, but not winter type, which isn't what they claim to be anyway. They're better than many rain boots out there and worth it if on sale. I never knew that a rainboot could actually fit the foot, rather than wobbling around and threatening to fall off with every squelchy mud puddle, until this boot. I'm an 8.5, but after reading reviews I ordered an 8. It fits, even with my favorite alpaca socks, so yes it's sized just a bit generously. But it FITS and doesn't rattle around chafing the ankle! It's waterproof, it's anti-slip, (tested on winter ice!) and it's more comfortable than I'd expected. Horray for rain boots that actually fit!!! Read more
Great for rainy days! Boots are well made and fit my feet. I would recommend getting some sole inserts for added comfort when wearing all day. There wasn’t enough cushion for my older feet. Once I had the inserts, I can wear them all day. Highly recommend! Read more
These are so cute so the issues I have with them are minimal. The liner/foot pad came out the first wear. Now that its been a few weeks, those aren't even needed. The cloth lining is also starting to peel. I'll keep wearing them anyways 🤪 Read more
