Beautiful and well made but unsure on validity of price point.
This is a beautiful and well crafted tub fixture. I think it is definitely wiser to not get the cheapest fixtures for your house as they are probably the highest use items in your home. However I don’t think if this hasn’t been available due to a promotion I would have bought it. It’s super nice don’t get me wrong, but installation was as easy as any other faucet, performance was as any other faucet, it’s just build quality that differs. It does have smooth operation but again I just don’t see spending this much on a faucet. A nice in between is better value than blowing the bank on a high end plain fixture. Read more

Very Poor Customer Service
I bought this faucet directly from the Lava Odoro website rather than through Amazon because it was cheaper. We were able to fix our existing faucet and so we asked Lava Odoro if we can return it. They confirmed it could be returned for a full refund. They provided an address in New York to ship the faucet and we shipped the faucet to that address. When we had not received a credit for several weeks we reached back out to them. The same individual informed us that we shipped it to the wrong address and showed us on their website where the return address is in California. When we provided the email where they told us to ship it to New York they stopped responding. We tried to reach them multiple times but clearly they don't want to admit to their mistake. Very disappointing...maybe you will have better luck if you use Amazon. Read more
