The size IS definitely larger than expected. My 3 month old is wearing 3-6m clothing (and has for about 1 to 2 weeks now). I bought the 3-6m size of this romper, and it looks like it would fit my small 3 year old haha. The hat is very large as well (the hat was HUGE on my baby boy and my boys all have had large heads as newborns, so this hat is just ginormous). I ordered the 0-3m size, and I'm hoping it'll fit my 3 month old. It is SO perfect color and texture wise though! I'm having our family pictures taken and I wanted a cream colored romper for my 3 m old son. This color is PERFECT. Edit: I added a picture of my baby boy. It's a very gender neutral color. My baby is a chunk, and is about 14 pounds at 3 months old. The 0-3 fits very well, with a bit more room to grow, probably about 2 or 3 months worth of growth before it gets too tight to wear.
