I received this product brand new and could not get it to work. It would not charge and when I unplugged it from the computer it would not turn on. I contacted the manufacturer and they tried to assist me in trouble shooting. I reset it and replaced the SD card but nothing worked. I sent the original unit back and they sent me a new one and the same thing happened to that one. Either I was not doing something right or this model is defective. In any case it should not be that difficult to charge and turn on the device so that it works as advertised. I retuned it for a complete refund and bought a different camera from a different manufacturer. Read more

Firstly I bought camera expecting to be able to take quick still photos along with Hd video. The delayed response for camera function renders it useless for quick or on the go shots. After pressing photo button it is about a one second delay before photo snaps and God help you if you move the slightest while you wait. Blurry photos are all you can expect. If the fact that the button on the front has a friggin camera icon on it doesn't tip off your subject something's up then the blue and red led lights that glow constantly on top when unit is on or recording kill any other chance at close stealthy pictures. I mean ,really, did you have to make it that obvious to others what that button does!?! Video quality isn't bad when unit is in fixed position but otherwise using camera built into most phones would yield better stealth results. Would not recommend. Read more
