I've been trying to make Paella for some time, and every time I got the pan hot, it warped. Well, this one doesn't! If you like to make a restaurant quality Paella at home, this pan is what you need, it takes the heat you need at the start and cools down enough to simmer for the time it takes to finish. I would love a smaller version for 2, but leftovers are great! Read more
