I ordered a competitors model in which it was too unstable and poorly made. So I bought the EQ Frank Medrano signature model. While the Lebert EQ bars are superior to the competition and very stable, I was disappointed while unboxing, that the chrome plated was chipped and peeling. I’m hoping my replacement doesn’t have the same issue. For the price increase compared to the non signature models, I really hope down the road it doesn’t chip and peel easily. Easy to assemble cane with the tool and all necessary hardware so no issue there. They were a little bit narrower than they looked online and shorter than I expected but overall quality build. Wish the bases were a little wider as well or that the plastic feet had a flat edge for more stability but they aren’t too bad. Read more
