I work in a small dispatch office and it was either super bight florescent lights or a table led. The florescents hurt and caused headaches, the table led didn't provide enough light. I put in for a replacement and got nothing from HR so I bought this light. I really liked the features and versatility also ease of use, it also was compact so if needed I could take down at end of shift and put in my locker/desk. I was little skeptical because of the price. This light was absolutely amazing from different color of light hues to brightness levels so no matter the time of day or how it was you could dial the light into what was needed. It mentioned it had a warranty which again was like it was a affordable light I figured that was a joke but was wrong again. So I left the light at my desk/console which I do share and one shift I was off coworker mentioned something happened with the plug. I did reach out to the seller explaining the issue and I had a replacement light in less than a week. I have warranties on alot of things and this was not only the best customer service experience but by far the best and quickest I have had in a while. The seller was great. I would highly recommend this light and this seller. I can't say enough good things about this product and not getting paid for this review. Like I mentioned above at first thought was some cheap light which it did feel little cheap but It survived multiple 12hr shifts(I work with some that probably tried round peg Square hole) . It's super versatile light and honestly because I do have multiple work stations or computers I might pick up a second one. No matter if your looking for direct down light or a light to point up or at an angle for indirect light this works great. The lamp is good to draw with but the very small thumb screw that tightens the swivel and lamp from moving around is too small to get tight. You need a wrench or pliers. Read more

I purchased this item August 2019 and had flawless usage until recently. I have a flashing power light and the light will not power on. I contacted the seller BZBRLZ via Amazon, as the item is supposed to have a two year warranty, but have not received a response. It has been at least one month since I attempted to reach out to them. At this point I'm going to chalk it up as a loss and order a different lamp. UPDATE: BZBRLZ reached out to me and I had a new lamp within a day or so of providing the shipping address. Excellent customer service once my issue was brought to their attention. They said they were not aware of the issue previously. The clamp on the new lamp did not tighten correctly, but I was able to swap it out with the clamp from the old lamp. I'm once again a satisfied customer. Update March 2022: The replacement I was sent in April 2021 just died also. The power light isn't flashing this time, it just won't turn on. I'm satisfied with the service I received, technically I got the 2 years+ that I paid for, so I'm just going to purchase another one. I haven't decided if it will be the same brand or not. Last update March 18,2022. I ended up ordering a second light from the same company since they honored their word regarding the warranty the first time, just a different model. The original light I ordered was listed as Black/QR 02 The second light I ordered was listed as Black-2/QR-04. I figured it it is an improved design, so why not go for it. The light works fine and is brighter than the original, even though the length of the light area is shorter, 13 inches vs 16 inches on the original model. Be advised however, the cord is shorter, about 3f vs 5.5-6 ft on the original. I started to return it due to the shorter cord, but I really needed the office lamp and it really is much nicer in regard to brightness. I may have received one that was not designed correctly, as the description states 78.7 inch USB cable, and this is not the case. I already had a USB extender cable, so it was not a major issue to keep it in the same place and connect it to the power. Also the control is 4 inches from the lamp vs 7.5 so it is slightly more difficult to get to than the original model. All in all, I still recommend the product. Read more
