I will admit I was very disappointed that I ordered it on December 10 and it didn't get here until January… the whole point was to have it for Christmas since it's a gingerbread man. Oh well, I'll have it for next year. I also thought when it first got here that it didn't work… the night light it's replacing stayed on all the time so when I went into test my new one and plugged it in I didn't see it lit up. I didn't realize that it wouldn't come on unless it was dark and this was during the day. I am so glad I tried it again at night a week later! I was putting off my review because I really don't like leaving bad ones… in this case I was so happy to find out I was wrong and I didn't have to leave a bad one! Now I know it's a gingerbread man and I probably should save it for next Christmas but it's so cute I haven't taken it out yet. I might just leave it up all year round I like it so much! Read more

I really like this little light. I got the red and black checkered one, thinking it would be darker but this little light, lights around the edges and from the back! Very different than others! I personally prefer a softer light at night since I use one in the bathroom attached to my bedroom. This one is a bit brighter than I like but my eyes are sensitive, and it might be great for someone who needs a brighter light. I really liked the light sensor and the automatic on and off between day and night. It kept me from stumbling into the bathroom when it got dark, which was very nice! Read more
