Bought these for my husband who is not a long pants wear in general because he's hard to fit. For some reason many manufacturers believe that if your waistband as a certain size there's no possibility you could also have long legs. My hubby is 6'6" and needs a 34 length which doesn't seem out of the ordinary but it's harder to find than people would think we never find them at the store with the corresponding waistband he needs. He was very happy with these they have a flex elastic sewn inside the waistband and there's a nice stretch to the whole pant which he had never had before he was quite surprised by how nicely they fit and felt. While the fit is a bit too roomy for me, these are the nicest, most comfortable jeans I've owned. The material is stretchier than a lot of stretch jeans. The wasteband is extra stretchy but strong, and is made thicker by another layer of stretch fabric, which keeps it from folding over and digging into your waist. Helps to keep my shirt tucked in too. Purchased these jeans thinking they would be cut the same as Lee’s Modern line jeans but they’re not. The waistband in the “Modern Line” is thicker and more comfortable. Also the Lee Modern jeans have more stretch these barely had any give. Also the sizing on these is about one size smaller than the same “Relaxed Fit”. I did like the color on these, nice dark denim. It is not easy to find a "big & tall" black jeans on regular stores. Therefore finding this nice pair of jeans in Amazon was a very good finding. They are very comfortable and stretch, as required. I had owned this model before, the only downside I see is that, even washing them in a gentle cycle with black type soap, it does loose color after every wash. After trying a plethora of different jean brands, styles, cuts, sizes, etc. I have to say these Lee jeans fit the best. I have other brands that fit okay and I wear (Nautica, IZOD, Levis), but it seems like the trend these days is to design pants with no rear-end room and with the back pockets sitting on the top of your thighs rather than on your gluteus maximus (butt cheeks). These Lee jeans are cut correctly and fit the way I expect a pair of jeans to fit. They have just enough flex in the material to move with you and they look great. After almost giving up on finding a great pair of jeans, Lee came through in the clutch.
