Not only do I love the excellent quality cotton that Lee's are made with--they are very strong yet soft at the same time, and just so natural and comfy, yet classic and stylish, too--but I happen to have very short legs/a very short inseam, and I'm here to tell all my fellow short-inseam-having sisters that if you have a hard (read: virtually impossible) time finding any pants that aren't way too long for you, look no further than Lee's cropped pants. The inseam, for me is PERFECT: 25". It is like these pants were tailored for me. It is like finding a unicorn to find pants with a 25" inseam, so that alone makes me THRILLED with these. Yet, like I said, the high quality and 100% cotton is another thing I love. I have decided that I'm never wearing any pants other than Lee's again. I mean, slight exaggeration, but seriously I am going to try to transition my wardrobe to be mostly Lee cropped, 25" inseam pants, so that I'll finally have only pants that are the perfect length for me. I am a long-time wearer of Lee brand. I prefer purchasing brands I know over the many unfamiliar, foreign brands Amazon offers. Regarding the fit, the waist/behind fit well and are comfortable. Although I don't love the high waist, it is popular and I can live with it. I also knew the pants would not be crop length for me, but I can cuff for crop length or wear ankle length. However, the legs are much wider than the product picture indicates. Too baggy looking and not in keeping with the other style features of the pants. A slimmer leg would be much more flattering and appropriate. The price was good and they are a wardrobe basic, so I am keeping. Will not buy anything described as "balloon" again regardless of piicture. Read more

I ordered a black pair in May and love the fit and soft material. So I ordered a Coral pair which are perfect and a Brindle pair, however, the Brindle is not khaki(ish) as shown. It's green which is not what I ordered. The photo I took doesn't show how really green they are. Read more

I think I figured out why they are balloon pants... I tend to wear my pants/jeans just a little on the tight side. Not a good idea with these pants. As the fabric stretches, the side seams becomes completely deformed and the front pockets "Balloon" out. Not a nice look at all, such a shame because I would have liked to have these in several colors. In my opinion, this is a design flaw that should have been caught in the early stages of development. :( Read more
