He likes the length - to the top of his knee (he’s 5’9”), and the cooling cotton material. Likes all the pockets. Be advised, they are made of a wrinkly materialI - casual, although he wears them everywhere! Fits true to sizing, quick shipping. Read more

Sadly I was wrong about these, I don't even see how this happens due their size.. Upon trying these things out today, I find that the cut is bad.. there is no better way to say it. They feel like they are on backwards, they easily pull tight on outer thighs if you sit, squat or are guarding or something with low center stretched out legs, and that's not the worst of it.. The back pulls down very low if you bend or lift knee, far enough that it feels like you have plumbers crack.. How does china even manage this? (with shorts this large, and ordered 2 sizes larger than I need) is it really that difficult to design shorts for sizes larger than ShMedium? The problem is possibly rear rise, but def. the amount of material in back (made for absolute zero butt and scrawny chicken legs, as if someone ordering 2XL is W shape at hips). If you fit the bill here and don't mind the weird cuts, maybe someone can use em.. not me old: These are as shown, 2XL is v. large , 2ft x 2ft (hips) and would easily fit sizes in 40's w.o being too tight and still fit on a 36 or 38" nicely. They have all the design niceties real basketball shorts should have, the quality of material is good, exactly what you'd expect. The stitching is the star that _was_ removed (now it's only a one star): it's not _bad_ (like many / even most shorts or pants of this type), or falling apart.. it's just no-where near amazing or even good. Great value pack of basketball shorts, and I'm pleasantly surprised they were as nice as they are - usually these lower end value shorts aren't so great, but these are nice. They are smooth, comfortable, and have a nice length to them. The pockets are deep and the drawstring seems sturdy, being thicker and round, as opposed to the flat shoelace style that a lot of inexpensive shorts/pants use. At the bottom of the short, on style C anyway, is an additional sewn on panel and not a lining - the colored part at the bottom of each short is just an addition and does not add thickness. The size chart was a little weird, being in half-waist sizes, and I usually order medium, but went with large in these. They are just a bit larger than I wanted, but fine with the drawstring, and I'd suspect that even though it's labeled weirdly you can probably just go with your actual size. If you're in doubt I'd just go a size up, though, because there is a drawstring and there's not really much you can do if it's too small. I like these shorts, and I'm glad I picked them up. They're comfortable and I expect they'll see a lot of use this summer. I like the length, as it's great for casual wear with some sandals or sneakers. Read more
