I ordered these because I live in Minnesota (MinneSNOWta) and the cold that creeps into me can be intense. What can I say they are fantastic! They fit beautifully. Im a size 14 and I feel like there is still room for growth, not tight at all. Cuff around ankle is perfect and soft. The material is not rough like some, velvety touch softness combined with warmth, love the colors too! Initially I just got them for warmth to wear under clothes but now Im rethinking things and may wear them outside my clothes, like with leggings, how cute! The seller really seems to want to do a good job by adding that extra step to show it. Everything clearly packaged with diligence and care. My goodness, I can’t remember the last time. I ordered something and was absolutely delighted with the results. These are wonderful each, and every one of the colors and the fit is perfect. I was concerned they might be too small, but they are not. I will wear them all through the winter and maybe get more for gifts. The wall makes them very warm and the acrylic makes them durable. YES! Buy these! They are as pretty as you see on your screen and they are thick as well. I have washed them and they get THICKER! AW YEAH! These will totally keep your legs warm and cozy. I walk my huskies in this cold weather with all that snow on the ground. They love it. I want to stay warm! This helps a lot! I like almost everything about these leg warmers, they are well made, good looking, comfortable and stay on the leg. My only recommendation is to make them longer. I'd like to have warmers that go above my knees, these don't. I am 5'9" for a reference. Read more
The rare product that is better than the product photos. I got the four pack because i wanted the navy blue for myself and to give the others as gifts, but in person the colors are so vibrant and well coordinated i am going to have a hard time giving any away! The black has gorgeous muted fall cranberry tones and turned out to be my surprise favorite. i have chunky xl calves and have no problem getting them on, though they won't extend as far on me as on others with smaller calves. They might be too tight on 2XL folks - the knit band at both ends is snug, without a ton of stretch. They're lovely, warm, great with leggings ... a fun way to add some color to otherwise boring basics. Each one comes in a separate sealed bag for easy gifting. Read more
It snows where I live, and I bought these to keep my legs and knees warm underneath the insulated leggings and stockings I typically wear. For reference, I'm 5"4, "petite: medium" size. These legwarmers fit from my ankle to just over my knee, and don't slide down. They can be adjusted pasted on how high your boots/shoes are. Also... the patterns and colors are SUPER CUTE! They look like the photos, and are pretty vivid in real life (i.e., a bright spot of color in the snow. Definitely not muted or subdued...!) Each pair of legwarmers arrived separately packed in resealable plastic baggies (four pairs total, with two matching 'socks' per pair.) The legwarmers looked good, and they also did NOT smell weird (in fact, they did not smell like anything at all. This matters to me, because I'm sensitive to smells.) The stitching and sizes were consistent as well, with no obvious flaws (nice stitching, overall.) Basically, these sets look good enough for gifting/regifting. Finally, since these are 30% wool and 70% acrylic, the texture is slightly rough (like Christmas sweaters)... it's probably best to wear these on ON TOP of leggings/stockings/pantyhose (not on bare skin.) I wore mine over pantyhose with no issues. They're also slim enough to tuck into my tight snow boots :), and stretchy enough to layer over my boots (if I choose to. Since I bought these I have been wearing them constantly because it's cold cold cold where I live! My legs are so warm with them on. They are the perfect length and they STAY UP! I read the reviews that said these don't slide down. I'm sure that's true for those with thick legs. If you have normal/thin sized legs, these are not for you. I'm on the thinner side and these slide down within 3 minutes of walking around. They are way too loose at the top. There are also slightly itchy. I love the color and they are warm.
