great set. once complete it is an eye popping piece. i was hoping for a little movement with the legs, but no. most of the movements are offered with the arms. and don’t forget to buy the iron man also, as you do need it the complete the set. i, on the other hand didn’t notice that fact until too late. i did have a wrong piece in the package. but it’s a quick fix on lego.com, i am sure they can just give you the piece at your local lego store. but don’t quote me on it. So glad I was able to grab this during Prime day at a great price. The design of this model is not the best but if you search the web for an Alternative build using all the pieces on this set then it's totally worth it. Having a Hulkbuster this size is fun to build and display. Read more

The build itself is fantastic. The instructions were very clear. One piece was missing about a third into the build, but it was a facade (outside) piece and I did not have to stop building. LEGO mailed me the missing piece upon request; it took about 10 days to arrive. The only place I deviated from the instructions was that they tell you to attach each limb before going on to build the next one, whereas I built both legs and attached both, then built both arms and attached both, to keep the model balanced. Note that the total build weighs about 15 pounds and I spent a good bit of time having to hold it up in one hand while attaching arms and legs with the other. So a younger child may need some help. The final model can only really be lifted from the crotch, and can only be stood flat on the feet, not laid on the front or back. The legs and especially the feet crumble pretty readily if pressure is applied at the wrong spots. This is not suitable for being played with once built, just for display. I got this kit because it was available for $300 on Prime Day, and I like Marvel and love LEGO. Currently it's running about $415 on Amazon and I might buy it at that price. I would not spend the retail $550 for it. Read more
