This is a great portable mini amp. It fits in your guitar case be it soft shell or hard shell. Has a good sound quality for its size. And, You cannot beat the price. I've tried it on my Ovation Celebrity, Breedlove Passport concert, as well as my two Dooner headless guitars. Only four stars because I have only had it a couple of weeks(durability). I absolutely love this little guitar amp. I was skeptical when I ordered it and my expectations were pretty low, but I figured for the price it is worth the gamble. I got this for a shovel guitar for practice and was blown away the minute I plugged it in. The reverb & distortion modes are pretty amazing for something this small. I got my grandson an electric guitar for Christmas and got him one also. He might be a little young for this because you really have to be careful when it’s plugged in that you don’t bump it or hit it hard against something and screw up your input jack (my assumption). But it’s fine for teen’s or adults. My grandson loves the “red” mode! I told a buddy of mine about it and he bought one also. I go to visit my dad 1600 miles away, I take a travel guitar and had been using a Joyo BanTamp and a 20w Joyo 8” speaker, so I bought this amp as a test and I was impressed, clean, dirty, and chunch tones, onboard eq works with in conjunction with the guitar tone for best performance, loud enough for a room and I dig the feedback, squeals are easy if you have decent pickups. battery life is over 30 minutes of playing at 1/4 volume which is about all you need. Bluetooth actually works, sounds ok so it’s my new hotel travel radio too. Try it, you might be surprised, I will get a 12” extension cable and clip it to a strap, it moves around just plugged in. This is a decent, small amp, good for practice and provides a way to amplify your guitar without being too loud or noisy. Because it plugs directly into your guitar input, its volume is a bit limited since the guitar body blocks some of the sound. It has Bluetooth connectivity and also has a few effects so you can tailor your sound a bit. I got this to use with my new LAVA guitar and while it does allow me to play and practice quickly. By design and because of its size, it isn’t terribly loud, but it is adequate, just don’t plan on putting on a concert or play in a group setting because you won’t have a lot of volume. In a small group or room, and playing with others who aren’t using amplification, it performs okay. The amp is rechargeable and comes with a charging cable. This is a great feature which adds to the portability of the unit. Battery life seems to be okay, you can play for a few hours before it needs a charge. It has a couple of knobs for volume and effects, so you do have control capability. The amp is fun to use, functional and a good value for what it costs. If you’re looking for a small, portable practice amp, this is a good choice and will handle the task well. Read more
