Very disappointed!
Very disappointed. The seat does not line up with the back of the chair and there is a gap on the right side of the chair where the two pieces should meet. I wanted to love this chair but I will be returning it. There is very little cushion and not a good choice for someone that sits at a computer for extensive amount of time. I requested return and the seller had given me a run around about sending me a return shipping label. After taking the chair apart and repackaging it they refused to send me return label and said I had to reassemble it and let them see if they could find another alternative. Read more

This chair is really comfortable and stylish, and has held my big 400lb body well! I had an issue with the wheel bearings falling out ofthe wheels and the company immediately sent me replacements at no charge. I would buy from them again.
