I wasn’t sure what to expect switching from the conventional rinse aid we’d always used, but this one has been great. The dishes come out clean, shiny, and spot-free and there’s no residue or film left behind. Honestly, I can’t tell a difference from the brand I used before, which is exactly what I was hoping for. What I like most is knowing it’s a safer option. No smell, no harsh ingredients, and I feel better about what’s touching our dishes. The media could not be loaded. Works just as well as any Jet Dry or Cascade rinse aid without the horrible chemicals. Ive had two dishwashers in two different homes now that will start to smell like pond water if the rinse aid is low. This solves that issue just like any other and leaves the glasses clean and clear. When adding any rinse aid, make sure to shut the door just a bit after you think its full. That releases the trapped air bubble and you'll find it was probably only half way full! Read more
