I purchased a gently used keyboard from stock.net. It arrived on the earlier side of the delivery estimate. The product looked brand new, and only the packaging was a little damaged from the original owner. When opening the package, I noticed there was a USB shaped slot in the keyboard with no USB Dongle. I called the company, probably a little more heated than I normally would be (note to self: do not do back to back calls after getting off of an hour long telephone call with your insurance company), and they let me know that the USB Dongle was hidden in the mouse. At work we use Lenovo keyboard and mice. If you work on multiple machines with different keyboards you will understand that no 2 keyboards are exactly alike. I have a wireless that I used constantly at the office but when at home I had a different keyboard. I kept hitting the wrong keys and got tired of it. So I found the same keyboard I use at work here on Amazon. Since I know how good the keyboard is there, I just bought one for home too. LOVE IT!!! Battery life is great. Totally wireless. Overall the build quality is quite poor for the MSRP and the slightly lower price found here on Amazon. Everything is plastic, start to finish, and that can be done well, I just found it poorly executed here. The mouse is quite small and extremely light. The tracking is accurate enough but the resolution is low enough to frustrate even a mildly picky person. The base of the keyboard is solid, but the key pressing experience isn't what I hoped for. I have a ThinkPad and a Lenovo 720 - I was hoping that this keyboard would be similar to either of those. The layout is close, but the quality is a miss. Stepping up to the professional line might be the solution here or possibly the ThinkPad branded keyboard. Ultimately a Logitch branded combo of the same price will treat you better. Better quality, software to customize keys, and a more satisfying key press. Read more
