Plug and Play
I needed an ethernet adapter for my Mac Book Pro as I have to connect to a device via hard wire to enable its as a bridge to my Starlink Router. I have a Gen2 Starlink router and it has no ethernet ports. I wish to use my existing Linksys Mesh network at the house for best coverage. Using a high speed bridge to my Starlink router allows me to hardwire my linksys router to the wife bridge. Yes Starlink has a ethernet divice to bypass their router. I have one, but didn't like the difference in speed I was getting thru the device. I received this device, turned off my wifi on my Macbook and then plugged it into my MacBook Pro. I had an instant hardwire connection to my system. This device also has additional ports to connect HDMI and USB devices. Go get you one! Read more

awesome LENTION USB C Hub with Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, 4K HDMI, 3 USB 3.0 Dongle
I got my Lention USB C Hub a couple days ago. and it didn't take me long to contact Lention support. I bought the new MacBook Air 15" M3 last week, and bought the Lention USB C hub so I could use the ethernet and have a printer port. BUT. I could not get the Lention to plug into my Mac. It seemed the male USB C was a hair too big. While I got a snack to calm down, my wife gave it a try. When I came back, she told it fit just fine. It seems it takes just a bit of force to plug it in when it's new. So now I'm 100% happy with not just my new MacBook Air. But the Lention USB C Hub with gigabit ethernet adaptor, 4K HDMI,3 USB 3.0 Dongle as well. I would recommend the Lention USB C to anyone looking for one. And my MacBook is the new 2024 model. I tried plugging in both the Ethernet and HDMI to play GeForce Now. It ran smooth but there were some audio issues through the HDMI. But that could also be my device. I'm getting 400 gbs and no stuttering while stream gaming. Read more
