I've never written a review before, but Lerekam has great customer service and deserves a shout out. I originally bought these because they were recommended by Consumer Reports. They are bright lights that last through the night. After 23 months, one of the lights stopped turning off during the day, so the battery would drain and it wouldn't light up at night (the other five still work fine). When I contacted Lerekam, they helped me trouble shoot. But when they couldn't fix it, they sent me a new light quickly! Their customer service was very helpful and responsive. Very impressed. These lights appear to be well constructed and have functioned well for the last 30 days, even in single digit cold. The USB chargeability of them makes them a game changer for illuminating the flag on our front porch without needing to run electricity to the yard where they are installed. They replaced two solar-only lights that do not get enough sun in the winter in wester Pennsylvania. Charging them in the house through the day using the USB connection provides illumination at the highest setting all night long with charge remaining. The only thing that keeps them from five stars is, for my taste, the beam is not focused enough. Even with that shortcoming, they do a great job. UPDATE 1/26/26 These lights were buried under over a foot of snow from the recent winter storm. I found them when they came on after dark and retrieved them to charge them via USB. On a previous occasion they shined strong for two nights without a recharge. I look forward to reinstalling them as soon as the snow melts some. I've upgraded my review to five stars. Read more

I purchased these lights because they were the brightest lights I could find. I needed lights to illuminate my palm trees in my backyard. When the box arrived I couldn't believe how small it was for having two lights in it. My immediate thought was that I would probably end up sending them back, but I figured I would give them a try And see how they worked. I plugged them in, using the charging cables they came with. After 8 hours went by, I took them outside and positioned them near each palm tree. When it was dark out, there was no light, but I realized I had never pressed the on/off switch. I turned them on and wow! These things put out a lot of light. It was almost too bright so I hit the button again and dimmed them a little bit. The lights themselves are well put together and solid. These are really nice solar flood lights, easy to assemble and to install. Only downside so far is that in a set of 4 lights they only send 1 USB charger which makes charging these take too long when it's 8hrs for each light-come on for the price of these light there should be at the very least 2 chargers or better yet one for each light. That said when installed in my landscape all 4 stayed on from just after dusk to after 6a.m in the morning. The other plus is the ability to change to different colors which will be great for the holidays. I had them set on bright white and it is bright and still held the charge all night. Can't wait to try the other colors. These come well packaged, and easy to put together and try on, but it took some time to arrive as the first order got lost then saying they couldn't gain access, which was not true if they followed the delivery instructions, so make sure you give them detailed instructions several times like gate codes etc. and I would not suggest doing the early am deliveries like 2am to 5am personally I think that's why the package got "lost" they just didn't try.! Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am using these lights to deter deer from my pumpkins, as I've found that they skip over sections of the garden with bright lights pointing out. When the season is over, I'll use them to mark to pathways at night. These are solar, so after installation, I don't have to do anything. They recharge themselves and automatically turn on and off in response to the light level. They are priced well and have many colors to choose from on the same unit. Right now the white light best suits my needs, but later, when using them for authentication, I will try one of theany other colors or leave it in rainbow mode so that it automatically changes colors in a round. These are easy to assemble and move. Whole they were charging for first use (I opted to plug them in for the first use rather than use the solar feature immediately), I set them up. See video - it's just a matter of unscrewing one screw, applying a little force to pop the ball in the socket, and then replace the screw and tighten. It even comes with a screwdriver for the task. I also like that they're easy to move, and there is hardware included it you prefer to mount them. Just be sure to mount in a way that the solar panel section is exposed to sunlight during the day.
