Needed a floor steam cleaner for my hardwood floors and bathroom tiles and was looking for something that was durable, easy to use, quick start-up, good accessories that would work for hardwood floors as well as tile floors, and had at least a year warranty and this one fits the bill. Worked flawlessly out of the box, quick-steam just like it promised, registered warrant was a breeze and has more than ample accessories. the long cord (over 16 feet) made steaming the living room hardwood floors a breeze without unplugging all the time. Especially liked the promise of a 60-day refund so I have plenty of time to make sure it works for all my needs and the year warranty assures me it will last at least a year! The media could not be loaded. I bought the Let’s Steam cleaner mainly for the mop feature because I wanted something that could really deep clean my floors — and I’m so glad I did! First impression: it’s not flimsy at all. The material feels sturdy and well made, but it’s still lightweight and easy to handle. It doesn’t take up much space either, which I really appreciate since I’m limited on storage. What I really love is how smoothly it glides across the floor, and it starts producing steam in about 20 seconds after adding water and plugging it in. The two microfiber pads (one thick, one thin) are super easy to put on, take off, and wash. I’ve used it a few times now, and it gets my floors cleaner than my regular mop or spray mop ever did. I’m genuinely impressed and excited to try the other attachments soon. Overall, this is a solid, high-quality product that works great and doesn’t feel cheap. I definitely recommend it! Read more

I’ve never really messed with steam mops before and this has completely changed the game. Really a great product and is fairly light. The handle is a bit awkward and I have a bad habit of hitting the power button when I’m using it. Water tank is easy to fill. I use it on the high setting and I can go for about 15 minutes on a tank. I started carrying a water bottle with me just to keep from making sink trips. Love this thing and can’t wait to detail the car with it. Read more

Had this for less than three months , steam is no longer coming out the bottom , comes out the top half of the mop , burned my hand. I purchased the Asurion protection plan for it through Amazon , and put in a claim a couple days ago , and nothing has happened through Amazon or the Let’s’Steam company or Asurion. We have tiles throughout our house and we have been satisfied with using Shark steam mops since we moved in. For roughly half the price (and also being Amazon’s Choice), the Let'Steam 17 in 1 Steam Mop is quite impressive. It does a good job on floors, and I’m still exploring different uses for the detachable handheld steam cleaner with the numerous attachments. I find it to be lightweight, sturdy and flexible.
