These shower caddies are wonderful. They're made from a solid metal that doesn't corrode or rust. They look much nicer than the plastic ones and feel much stronger. There are two in the set, and one is slightly larger than the other. They also come with hooks that you can put in various places based on your needs, such as hanging a loofa or shaver. The installation was incredibly easy - you remove the plastic cover, revealing the white suction cup. Push it on to the surface (after cleaning and drying) and then push. It creates a super-strong suction and stays put immediately. I was skeptical that it would hold but I've had 4 of these where the suction never fell off. I had an issue where the inner part of the suction broke, and the customer service was excellent. Very prompt responses and they resolved my issue in 48 hours. I’ll give them 4 stars for now but I do believe they could be 5. Super easy to put up. Is holding a lot of weight so far. I like the way they look in the shower. The little suction thingy does have some sticky to it. I have a fiberglass insert shower. They’re perfect. I cleaned the area where I wanted to put them with a magic eraser and dried it good, then viola. Dunzo. Nice and organized! I also like that water won’t sit in these. No grody bottoms. We bought these for our new home to hold our shower products and I love these we’ve been using these for over a year now. It is tricky to get them to hold on at first to the shower wall but once they stick they stay for good. Read more
This will be the third time I have had to order the product due to the clips on the suction cups breaking and making the entire rack unusable. It’s really inconvenient to have to purchase twice, let alone a third time. I would consider repurchasing just the suction cup pieces to avoid buying another rack set, but they don’t have them to buy. The rack itself- love it! Which is why this is getting 3 stars to begin with. Love the color, size and durability of the racks themselves. Suction cups also hold decently, but if you bump the rack itself while they’re installed, the little plastic clips holding the rack to the wall just snap. Read more
