It really big and sticks to the floor nice and really comfy on your feet and back but mine kind of smells like sulfur when it's unrolled. Im going to leave it outside for awhile and hopefully the air breaks down the smell. Other than that it seems great. Read more

My GF uses this for doing yoga and workouts. She states it is way more comfortable than the traditional yoga thin mats. When she find it dirty or sweaty she is able to wash with the water hose and some antibacterial cleaner and hang outside to dry due to the two hook holes on one end. I love the width and the length of this mat. The cushion is really nice as well but it seems it affects my balance when doing my workout. A lot of times I keep my thin mat next to me for those standing/balancing exercised. It also get veeerrrrrryyyyyyy slippery when just a little sweat gets on it, which again makes balancing difficult. I now use a towel under my hands when doing push ups and also under my back when doing ab work. It keeps hands from sliding and sweat from getting on the mat making it slippery. Read more
