Another good product from LG.
Primary use for monitor is to display spreadsheets and databases. Text is crisp. Dialed down the brightness significantly (from 52 to 28.) After tying in to the PC, reset the monitor to get the display to sync picture size to the monitor as I was missing about 1/4" of the display. After the reset, perfect. I use it for 8-10 hours every day and it does extremely well for my purposes. Has a better picture than my older (4 years old) 27" AOC monitor that sits next to it. Another good product from LG. lg 27" replacement monitor

How do I use HDMI
I used the supplied HDMI cable. The monitor comes up with a box that says "HDMI input found, click OK to switch to this input." Tried all mouse buttons and every key on the keyboard (took several tries because the monitor kept shutting off because of no input). Never could get any picture. Fortunately I had a VGA cable handy, which works fine. If this monitor won't accept an HDMI cable, it shouldn't be shipped with one. Read more
