Consumer reports rated high. The usual harsh sound when it is done is replaced by a much more pleasant sound. There is a child protector button, which can be easily disabled, but a nice extra feature. Read more
Love that it cooks fast and even. Even more I LOVE that it has a sweet chime to signal the end of cooking. I was surprised by the dark interior I have always had a white interior in a microwave oven. Read more
I ordered this because it was Consumer Reports top-rated countertop microwave. I have to tell you that stacked up against this one, I have had some cruddy microwaves. It heats very fast and evenly, holds the biggest plate that I have, the interior is a snap to clean. It's almost too quiet. It is the most I have spent on a microwave, but it's worth the extra $$$. 10/10 Read more

…whose kitchen is lit like a modern hospital. For the rest of us, the controls are annoyingly difficult to use, something that will irritate you every time you want to heat a cup of coffee or make your lunch. The print on each button is quite faint, but if you like to memorize the button layout on your appliances, this won’t be a problem for you. Or if your kitchen is lit up like an ER, and you’re about 4’ in height, so the controls are at eye level. Otherwise, it’ll be a struggle. The buttons themselves are a puzzle to solve every time you use them: the sensor itself is just a small part of the button area, and seems to be located above the center of the button, so you may find yourself struggling to convince this microwave to do what you want. But if you like solving puzzles before you have your morning coffee, well, hey, this is the microwave for you! Clearly this is a microwave designed to be sold on Amazon, not in a store showroom where you could try it out before buying it. E-commerce ftw! Read more

It took over a week to receive this and then it arrived with a big dent on the top edge. I did get a full refund, but prices have sky rocketed since. I guess I need to keep using my old one Read more

Perfectly heats, easy to use once you know door takes two fingers- the side and front at same time to open, quiet, beautiful on countertop, nice heavy glass spinner, really large, was one of the top rated by Consumer Reports and I agree, it also was so much cheaper than it could have been. thank you.
