Great look, and easier than most man made uppers to slip your foot into. Design is above this price point. They definitely get compliments. The toe box is very narrow and probably should order half size larger, but then the heal might be too large. With the hard uppers I don't think they will "break in" and be easier on the toes. So I normally only wear Allen Edmonds, but let's be real, they aren't making a pair of pink Oxfords any time soon. I found these and for the price they meet my need. They aren't uncomfortable but they aren't exactly comfortable either so I don't suggest these for a long day of standing or walking. But for a few hours they look great and are very eye catching.
