I like the quality of their products. I am a 55-year-old man, I notice how my energy levels and libido have dropped so I was looking for a testosterone precursor and this is ideal. If you take it consistently, the effect begins to be noticed after two weeks... I use two 25 mg pills that are very easy to swallow and I combine it with 50 mg of pregnenolone, also a hormonal precursor. If you take 50 mg of DHEA you should take, according to experts, the same amount of pregnenolone. It is better to take your pills in the morning. To control the excess estrogen that occurs with age and a currently highly toxic environment, I also take DIM, which is a 100% natural product extracted from broccoli and that lowers excessive estrogen levels. Holy cow what a difference. My blood levels showed just low normal testosterone and so I bought these. I am feeling so much better. I am sleeping better. Have more energy.
