So does this work? I do find that it helps to increase blood flow in the erectile tissue, but the effect is subtle and some days it doesn't seem to do much at all, while on other days it does. I find that it is helpful to take it before bed because the effect is more noticeable in the morning. If I take it during the day, I find that taking it with 500mg of L-Citrulline enhances the effect. Took a full month of daily supplementation but started noticing effects of what this product is used for to start working. I have been a type 2 diabetic since my late 30's.
