While sexual health is always a great thing, i must admit I didn’t choose these for that aspect; I chose them because I used to make sprouted Fenugreek flatbread almost daily, and I was feeling a bit nostaglic. At present I don’t have the time to make *any* sort of flatbread! These smell PRECISELY as Fenugreek smells, so this tells me this is indeeed what is in these capsules and it smells fresh, not stale. There's also a tiny bit of Saffron included! I could say that taking them indeed improved my libido, but I don’t know--over the short period of time I've been taking them-- if it is psychosomatic, or really what is occurring. I have purchased Life Extension brand supplements in the past and have always found them to be authentic and of decent quality, but with only the complaint of the bottles generally containing a single month's supply and not more. I hope the company will one day consider reducing the amount of plastic trash they generate in order to get their nutritional and medicinal supplements into the hands of people, by offering larger containers of product, or even switching to glass or metal.
