It’s small in size but, does fantastic work on hit pressure points and relieving pain. My neck was very stiff due to how i slept. I used this and I felt instead relief. After watching some TikTok’s of a guy using a similar tool I thought I’d try to find one on Amazon. I have bought many different tools for massages, usually they don’t do much. This tool is incredible, I can rarely find it because my whole family covets it. The design is pretty intuitive to use, and it relieves aches easily. I was genuinely shocked at how easily I can feel the knots while using the tool. My only complaint is it’s very heavy. It hurts my hand. I wish it was a little lighter. But very effective, great buy. I have a lot of stress in my life and have a physically demanding job. I have already noticed a huge difference in how my back feels after a week of use! I don't feel sore anymore! I pulled a muscle in my back about a month ago and this has really helped me get back to baseline! It is well worth the price. It is easy to use. My husband also needs deep tissue massages for his back pain. He usually has me use my hands, but my hands get sore. I use my elbows sometimes. We should have gotten this sooner.
