I have used it several times as a lymph massage on several parts of my body and it works better than anything I’ve used in the past for this purpose. Has 6 speeds and I was able to use setting one on my lower jaw line and neck - You control the pressure because of the spinning head motion. The head with points doesn’t spin so well but you def feel the vibration - I’ve used this head on my torso and thigh area and was amazed at the results. Also, The battery life is decent. I own a much more expensive massage gun that pounds the hell out of you, and while it serves its purpose, this massage gun is fantastic, smooth and perfect for getting your lymph system moving. I order this because I was having muscles pains and not being able to have anyone to help me.
