Oh my, what can I say... I slept wrong on my shoulder and it got cold during the night and It hurt me for a few days and the pain would not go away. I put the belt on for 30- minutes and the heat was very soothing and the lights did their thing. It was the best I had felt in a few days. Used it for a few days in a row and I am now mobile and pain free again. I love this Belt. My son uses it for his back whenever he gets sore and it works magic. He has his own now. I am so happy with my belt. It helps with muscle cramps and soreness, and twice now when I've had chafing it cleared it up almost completely after 20 minutes of red light. My skin in some areas, like under my jaw, feels tighter and tingly for awhile after use. I wish it came with suggestions on what levels we should have the settings on for optimal results with certain goals, and if they are provided it was unclear to me. So far though it has worked intuitively just fine. Even my dog had an old sore on her tummy that was healing so slowly. I had her roll over and I put the belt on her and she loved it and didn't move for the 10 minutes or so I used it. The next day that sore was healed. I used it on her once more another day for a short time and she took a very comfy nap. Truly BEWARE! I will never purchase another Lifepro product and beware of this one! If I could give them a 0 I would! I purchased my first one for my mother in law who has Parkinson’s to calm and relax her. It failed within a year of purchasing. Due to this we reached out to Lifepro to deal with them on the warranty. It took weeks to get a reply requesting a video. Video was sent and we have spent months waiting for a response. I have replied to the email and requested an update without responses. We also immediately purchased a second one for my mother in law while dealing with the warranty for the first belt. It also FAILED just over 30 days after purchase and after the return time had passed. We reached out to Amazon and thankfully Amazon gave us a full refund on the second purchase with the return of the belt. However, we still cannot get the company to reply to our original warranty request for the 1st belt purchased. Too much money for an item that fails and poor follow through on getting your warranty to be honored! Read more

After major abdominal laparoscopic surgery 3 months ago, I am hoping this red light therapy belt will aid in the continued healing of external scars. Also I’ve read that it can help with blood sugar control and internal healing. So far it has been super easy and convenient to use. I bought this RLT belt back in June of 2023. I have to say, I was so SURPRISED at how much it relieved my pain! I had just gotten off my bike; we were on a bit of a hill and the surface was more like gravel, and as soon as I got off my bike, both feet came out from under me like in a cartoon where someone slips on a banana peel! I landed right on my tail bone and had also put my right hand out and landed on that as well. Needless to say, I could not move and my husband had to ride back to the jeep and load up his bike and come back for me. I was in a bad way! We were camping and ended up going home because I really couldn't do anything. So after we got home, I started researching and came across this belt. I knew nothing of red light at that point, but was feeling kinda desperate! I also had to purchase a butt pillow because sitting was painful! Like I said in the beginning of this review, I was blown away at how much it helped me! So here's the really cool part of this review....recently(now, Dec 2025) my husband started having terrible neck pain. He thought RLT was ridiculous, but I talked him into using this belt.
