I have been using this for 10 minutes everyday for the last 6 weeks and I’m feeling clearer. Hip and shoulder pains that I’ve had for a couple of years are also gone. I love the way my body feels after using this - I stand for 3 minutes, do plank for 2 minutes and then sit for 5 minutes. It is also helping me correct my posture as when I straighten my neck I feel the vibrations all the way into my head, so when I don’t feel the full body vibrations I know I need to correct my posture. Other than the loud beep that reminds my dog of her invisible fence, this is fantastic. It’s so much more smaller in footprint than other ones I’ve seen but packs a punch! It’s helped my son with sore legs from basketball along with my red light mat, and I’ve been using it for lymphatic drainage. My goal is 10 mins a day, 5 mins at a time. I do squats on it, keep a slight bent knee, talk to my kids or watch tv! I have red great reviews of this brand but stalled due to the size - I’m so glad I dug further to find this one! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I'm a little conflicted with this vibration plate. What I like about it - It is lightweight at 13 lbs. Much lighter and easier to transport than my other one - I like that the top is smooth and doesn't have all the pressure point bumps on the top because I prefer to use these barefoot, and my other one can be uncomfortable in that aspect - I also like that the top is smooth so I can also sit on it. And work my other one, even I sit on it, if I'm not careful, my butt ity legs keep changing the controls. - I like that this is small enough to fit under my desk and I can use it while working to keep the blood flowing - The price is decent for what you're getting. It's on the lower end of plates that are not on sale - The remote also works for my TV - Vibrate levels are good, from low to high. It does not lack in that aspect - It's a decent beginner plate - It's sturdy enough for the siz - Comes with a two year warranty, as long as you register. Which means no need to buy the extra Amazon warranty. I really like that. Things to consider - The Cord is short, about 3.5 feet maybe. If you have outlets higher on the wall are harder to reach, this isn't the plate to get. My other cord is twice as long - The company really needs to reconsider the remote. It's cheap and it's difficult to use. You can't control it while standing on it when on certain functions. You have to turn it off and than change the mode. This really isn't the plate for elderly. With my other plate, the remote is high quality, more functions and I can change anything while standing on it. I may just need to read more into this remote but it shouldn't be that difficult My final take is this plate is good for what I intend to use it for, which is basic use while I'm working and sitting on it. This vibration plate seems worse for lymphatic drainage than Lifepro's Rumblex Max 4D. This is very intense shaking. The small size and weight make it great for travel. Physician says that this VibraNano is not great for lymphatic drainage so I called, texted, and emailed LifePro asking why they are advertising this one of theirs as for lymphatic drainage and they don't respond; they haven't answered the telephone when I call them either.
