I ordered this full size vibration plate after reading several reviews of similar products. The LifePro Waver fitness plate came up in several reviews as a good quality product. Pros: The vibration plate is heavy. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The vibration plate includes several nice accessories including a remote, four mini exercise bands and two large resistance bands. The Waver vibration plate works as expected and is very quiet in operation. The operating manual is well done - it’s clear and easy to understand. I have had it for 2 weeks and like it so far. It’s stable and safe to stand on while it vibrates 2 things that I don’t like - the remote is cheap and flimsy. Opening the cover to insert batteries was hard and I was afraid that I would break it. For such a sturdy product, I’m disappointed that they decided to go cheap on the remote. OMG - I’ve just gotten my LifePro vibration plate and I LOVE IT!!! Miracle product - excellent quality & comes with bands & arm workout straps. Seriously gave me the giggles it is SO well built & the vibration is amazing - Omg it’s super strong! I have not even read the instructions yet. Just used it right away & after about 5 mins I’m much less stiff & sore.
