I’m 6’2” tall and I needed plenty of room on the mat. I also do lots of different types of yoga including warm classes and I needed a mat with grip even when it is wet. So apparently rubber will start to dry a little overtime and leaving a Chucky slick residue on top of the mat Google says to use white vinegar and possibly baking soda mixture to remove this haven't tried yet but I hope it works PS it also says not to submerge your mat and water but I don't know how you get out all the dirty sweat buildup inside it if you don't?
