Good struts - be sure to pay attention to a few things
These were for my 25-year-old Glasstite camper shell. After the sagging rear window came down and hit me in the head a few times, I decided to order these. I measured the length of the old one and got the force rating from the label on it. You may find that you need to make a Newton to Pounds conversion. It is important to get the correct pressure with these things (don't ask me how I know). The included instructions are good. Understand that when you're installing them you do not remove the clip, but rather you pry it away from strut just far enough to allow the strut to slip over the ball. I'm very happy with these. They seem very high quality. Read more

Worked for my tool box
Nice quality and fairly easy to install. Unfortunately, they are pretty stiff and are forcing my tool box lid open a bit, but I'm hoping after a few weeks they will ease up and relax. We'll see how long they last. Read more
