I needed something that *would allow my robot vacuum to get under it *did not have dividers in the storage area so that I could store a large blanket *was cute and lift-top for functionality This has been perfect. It was easy to put together. It does not wobble. The veneer has proven resilient despite two medium dogs constantly wrestling around it. We love the storage space and the large flat surface. Perfect for dinner and a movie at home. Some cons that I am just fine with: *the lifts are not strong so if anything heavy is placed on the top, the lifts will rise unevenly, but they will rise. *there is no cutout in front or back for your hands. The depth of the arches allows you to get your fingertips under the edge of the top to pull it up and set it down safely but it is a struggle if there’s anything with some weight on the top, or if you have anything that could spill, as the closure motion is not smooth and shuts very abruptly. This is a beautiful coffee table. But, the corner wrapping (the plastic veneer) is bumpy and the lifters for the top did not line up with the pre-drilled holes. If that happens on yours, line up the outer holes then pre-drill the center so that you don’t split the veneer on the underside of the top. Good value for the money and the assembly was easy, only needed another person when attaching the top. Read more

Love this set - the company was also amazing when one arrived damaged. I assembled this fairly quick by myself but I would say it is easier with another person. I think the functionality of the raising lid is my favorite part. It is good quality, it was a great price, and it is fairly straightforward assembly. Read more
