Works & easy to install for anyone
Works as advertised. I have a 2 or 3 year old lift master the direct drive on the side of the garage and this was easy to install & sync with the MyQ app - I'm impressed! This is not a huge light, so don't expect it to light-up the entire garage, but it does it's job of giving enough light at night to find your way around. Read more

Did not work as advertised by either company
JUNK. A fairly involved scam by formerly American companies. Buy the garage door opener which doesn't allow opening in the app until you purchase a light. Purchased and installed light,door opens with the app but the light doesn't work. The only option after following poor instructions is "contact dealer". It's plain to see from the instructions that even the creators weren't sure how to do it. One call to a dealer makes it all moot. Would never use either company again. Read more

Chamberlain garage light
This LED light works just as good as my original that I had for 2 years. It’s a bit smaller and equivalent lumens and It turns on automatically when I enter the garage as expected. Since my original only lasted 2 years I purchased the extended warranty. Based on research after my light unexpected went out, the warranty should be purchased. Otherwise it would be $80 every 2 years and I have 3 doors to contend with. Read more
