I had high hopes for this based on reviews. It seemed to work well for the first month but since then we have multiple issues. This is on a company vehicle. It will miss 10-12 hours of activity. It will show the vehicle sitting in one spot for the time period when it reality the vehicle has made multiple trips. For the price of the product and the price of the subscription I expected better quality. Read more

This is the tracker you've been googling for. They ship *everything* you could need in the box including a backup battery, simple wiring equipment, waterproof case etc. Customer support is phenomenal, the rep on the phone has one of them and talked me through setup issues. Dan Sachs is the Data Protection Officer, read his wiki if you're afraid to trust the company. The product overall is good ..With the exception that it gets stuck in certain areas as if I'm parked when I'm actually driving. One had fallen off the vehicle so instead of me canceling the subscription, they sent me a new one for no charge . The product is pretty good other than saying I'm in park in certain areas . Purchased this product for some added theft protection… open the package and there was a single piece of paper for directions… I ended up online with Trish at Brickhouse Security via text message and her service topped any that I have ever needed on any other product. It was great to actually talk with a person and her knowledge and helpfullness was great. All companies need a “Trish” in the customer service department.
