I was really impressed with this towel. It was customized and the lettering is beautiful, large, and well stitched. It shipped quickly. The towel is soft and plush, even after washing. I originally rated this seller as fair because I was impatient and upset that the item did not make it by Christmas. My beach towel got lost by mail carrier. NOT the seller's fault. Lillian Vernon was very apologetic and promised to send a replacement on a rush basis and it arrived today (Dec 30, 2021). Very quick! The towel is adorable (turq bunny)! I ordered this cute towel for my niece for her birthday and had it personalized. When it came the monogram was wrong. I contacted Lillian Vernon and asked if they could replace it quickly.
