Lily Bloom Carry On Expandable Design Pattern Luggage With Spinner Wheels 20in On the Prowl

I chose the Wildwoods pattern not only for its fun vibrancy but also for the carryon design. Note that there are many patterns for this model but the style is different depending on the pattern you choose. A few of the designs have a small pocket in the middle front and a larger pocket behind. The larger pocket behind holds my 13.5" notebook with lots of room to spare. See photo with a standard file folder inside. Most of the designs have two pockets on the front and it looks like no pocket behind for a computer. There are lots of pockets inside the main compartment. It is a thoughtful design with touches like fun colored pull tabs on the zippers. With this lightweight carryon the telescoping towing handle is also lightweight and I will gently use it to make it last. The wheels move in all directions and move easily. I checked with a lot of airlines for their carryon maximum dimensions and this 20" (which is really considered a 21.5" with wheels) qualifies for carryon. My daughter has a rolling duffle bag by Lily Bloom which is how I found this brand and I’m so glad I did! I have taken them on several trips now, all car trips so I cannot review how they fare on an airplane. I bought this size and a smaller size and absolutely love them both. In this particular size, I am able to pack clothes for a 4-day weekend with two pairs of shoes and have room to spare. The best part is all the compartments it has; you can fit a lot more than you think if you pack it right. The wheels are sturdy and the entire piece is well-made, not to mention darling with its bright colors. Would definitely recommend, especially for long weekends. If I had to travel for a week, I’d probably need the next size up, but for what I typically need, this and the smaller bag are all I need. Read more

This Lily Bloom luggage in Tropical Pineapple was a gift to my sister and she just LOVES it! She just cannot wait to fly out to NY, partly because she gets to use this suitcase! I have the exact same suitcase, but in a different pattern. It is so much better than the hard body suitcases. This one has two outside zipper pockets, plus a zipper to extend the contents by two inches. It is so light weight and even with it packed to the brim, so easy to steer with wheels that feel like they're sliding on glass. We got the 20 inch (22 if you count the wheels) and it holds a whole lot! I also bought some packing cubes (not included) and packing in this little suitcase is a dream! She has always wanted a Lily Bloom bag but never wanted to spend the money so this went on sale and she went crazy. It's very colorful and stylish and spins good and compartments nice. She just loves the bag ..... you feel special cruising thru the airport.......... with a nice Lily Bloom Carry on bag..... and the wheels work and. it hustles in the airport smooth...... she loves it. I bought the elephant in both the smaller and larger suitcase. I bought the shoulder bag as well. A bit pricey, but I love the print, they're sturdy, and roomy. I love that the top flips open and that the bag can expand an extra couple inches. Only traveled with them by car, but very happy with them. Read more

This is a really cute piece of luggage. Every time I carry it, I always get compliments. It is carry on size and holds a lot, but with the pockets full, and it expanded it almost won't fit in the overhead bin. I've been waiting, thinking I was going to be told I have to check it, but so far that hasn't happened. It is a good value for the price. Read more

I bought this Lily Bloom print in a large suitcase years ago from Marshall's. I love that the design is light colored and distinctive so it's easy to spot. Needless to say, I paid a wildly discounted rate, I think it was $40. So, when I saw that they had a small carry-on I put it on my Christmas list. I didn't care that it's pricey, I love the color, it's easily identifiable among the sea of black, gray, and navy blue suitcases, and it appears to be durable - it take a licking and keep on ticking. It's easy to maneuver through the airport and stays on track. Considering the price, I didn't think my husband would buy it for me but I forgot that he usually buys me everything I put on the list (I need to remember this next year and maximize my yearnings!) I'm very pleased with it. My only disappointment as when I originally bought it, I didn't take a close look at the pattern. I thought it was a dog print but upon closer investigation when I got it home I realized it was CATS! I'm a dog person and I'm not fond of cats but I'll just not concentrate on the print. Bon voyage!
