STRETCH: These gloves are VERY stretchy. I have small hands, thin fingers, long nails, and wear a size 5 ring. My husband is 6'4", 230 lbs, and has very large hands and long fingers. These gloves easily stretched to fit him. The cuffs have several rows of elastic so they will hug your wrists and not slip off. ROUGHNESS: They are nice and scrubby, MUCH more so than a washcloth. I would liken them to the scrubbiness of a Buf-Puf, or any other facial sponge. Definitely good for exfoliation. HELPFUL HINTS: Put them on BEFORE you get in the shower or tub so that your hands are dry. They are much more difficult to put on wet hands! To take them off after use, pull them off inside out. They are the same on both sides. Hang them, or lay them on a towel, to dry. They will dry very quickly - maybe 1-2 hrs.
