I usually go to a professional to get my ears cleaned. I have been struggling with a sinus issue and then drainage into my ear. I woke up with the fluid feeling trapped as I tried to pop my ears mutliple times. I didn't have time to get to the clinic as I was preparing to travel. I knew I would be going up some high mountains and I didn't want a clogged ear going up that high. I knew I had wax in my ear because I used one of those little ear cameras that you can look on your phone. I was nervous to use a product on my own. This one caught my eye because it was peroxide free. I did not want the discomfort I persoanally associate with peroxide. I didn't want to make things worse before travel. The process was pretty easy. I just had to put a few drops in my ear and wait. I was nervous waiting but the drops did not burn or bubble and did not feel uncomfortable. After about 5 minutes I flushed out my ear with a sterile device I already had (it was not provided) . I was suprised at how much wax was in my ear. Until the sinus issue, I didn't notice but the wax was most likely building up for awhile. I felt so much better and glad I tried this product. This cost $9.97 at the time I am reviewing it. This product was worth it to me. It is about the same as other products but because it is peroxide free, I would pay more if I had to for ease of use and not having the side effects. I think these drops work just as well as the ones professionals used on me before. It seems like a high quality product at a fair price. Read more

I reviewed Lipo Earwax Cleansing Aid Drops at the cost of $19.99. I came into this with zero patience for a multi-day routine and gave it 4 stars. That peroxide-free label is what first caught my attention, and I’m glad it did. Most drugstore staples like Debrox and A+Health lean on carbamide peroxide, which creates a fizzing, sometimes stinging sensation inside the ear. Lipo uses Gluconolactone instead, a skincare-derived ingredient with gentle exfoliating properties. It felt like a more thoughtful formula, and for my experience, it delivered. The clogged, cotton-stuffed feeling cleared up noticeably without any discomfort. I didn’t need to tilt my head and wait an eternity either. One thing worth knowing: wax can briefly expand right after the drops go in, so a short window where hearing sounds slightly worse before it improves is normal and not a sign something went wrong. On price, Debrox runs around $8-10 but needs twice-daily use for up to four days. Earwax MD sits in a similar price range to Lipo and is clinically proven to dissolve wax in about 15 minutes for most people. Lipo claims 3 minutes, which sounds bold, but my experience tracked reasonably close. For people who’ve had irritation with peroxide formulas before, the ingredient swap here is a real practical difference, not just marketing. At $19.99, you’re paying a small premium for a more modern approach. If peroxide has ever caused you grief or you just want something faster and gentler for routine maintenance, this is a solid pick. Just keep your expectations realistic for anything beyond mild to moderate buildup. Read more

The Ear wax cleaning aid drops are pretty amazing. It removes built up ear wax, then helps to prevent further build up. the product has no peroxide so you don't have to listen to that horribly loud crackling in your ears. this is a completely pain free way to remove ear wax. no sticking anything into your ears to try to remove the wax. a few drops in your ear, let it work for a few minutes & flush the wax out of your ears. the difference it made in one treatment in my husband's ears was amazing. he always has the TV volume up way to loud. once this came, I convinced him to try it with the "what can it hurt" theory, he agreed, the amount of wax that came out was shocking. Now he has the volume is about half as loud as it had previously been. it works! I love that the product is actually good for your ears too. the bottle is small enough to easily carry when traveling too. you only use 3-5 drops at a time so this bottle is actually going to last awhile. try this product I think you also will be amazed at the amount of "stuff" you actually get out of your ears, I know I was. The first thing I want to be sure to mention is that the listing for these Lipo Earwax Cleansing Aid Drops states that it works in as little as 3 minutes, yet the directions say to leave it in your ear for 5 minutes, and then flush it out with warm water. That is not a 3 minute process. I also feel it is inconvenient and messy. It also leaves my ears feeling wet for quite awhile afterwards, which for me, is a bit distracting. I just wish t could be used in the shower and left in without rinsing. That said, for me at least, it does seem to clear ear wax. I can’t say how well it will work for you, of course. Stuff like this is never a one-size-fits-all. So, I’m trying to focus on things that are not “personal.” I think the bottle should last awhile, as each application only uses 3-5 drops of the earwax removal formula. At $9.97, the price is in range of similar products. I should also note that, as another reviewer experienced, the bottle’s seal appeared to be broken when it arrived. There is also discoloration on the product package and the bottle is about half full. So it clearly leaked during transit. I debated with myself for weeks before actually trying it, and then was careful to use an eyedropper so that the bottle never touched my ears. Read more
