The Watermelon Liquid I.V. flavor is one of my favorites. It mixes easily, tastes refreshing, and isn’t overly sweet like some other electrolyte powders. I notice a big difference in how hydrated I feel, especially after workouts or on days when I just didn’t drink enough water. It definitely works quickly — within about 15–20 minutes I feel more energized and less sluggish. It’s also great for travel, long days outside, or whenever you need an extra boost. I got this because I heard it was good for keeping you hydrated while breastfeeding, and I can say that it worked for me. I was having headaches and I figured I wasn’t drinking enough water, but I needed something other than plain water; so i figured I would try these. The strawberry lemonade one tastes really good. It helped me feel better after drinking it. I like that they come in little packets to make it easy to throw in a bag while on the run with a little one. Read more

I have tried other flavors but i personally love the concord grape one as it tastes like grape kool-aid to me and doesnt have that "electrolyte powder flavor" which is usually kinda salty. I took this on my trip to Universal Studios Orlando this past October to keep hydrated when the days were supposed to be really hot and humid. it works great at making sure i'm hydrated. also they are easy to stick in a purse or backpack if you need to and quickly dissolves. I hope they never get rid of this flavor. i've also had a chance to use these when I had a cold recently and after drinking a whole bottle of water with this id always feel better since staying hydrated with water is the best "expectorant" there is. I use Liquid IV to offset the effects of my BP medication. Works great for that purpose. The powder dissolves easily with water and really tastes good. It gives me the minerals that I need to keep my blood tests in the normal range, which helps me to feel better, too. The flavor is great and there isn't any obnoxious color dye in it. It just looks like slightly cloudy water. The taste is hard to describe, so I'm going to assume that's what a seaberry tastes like. We don't have seaberries in the upper Midwest, so I'm placing my faith in the manufacturer. It tastes good, is the basic review there. Read more
This flavor of Liquid IV is quite literally their best flavor. If you’re someone that hates the aftertaste of many electrolyte powders, the aftertaste is nearly nonexistent in this flavor, it truly is one of the only flavors that this happens in as we’ve tried several of the liquid IV flavors. The powder dissolves easily in a water bottle but if you’re using the powder in a cup, the powder can cling on to the sides and bottom of the cup for some reason. Overall this product is amazing and has helped me and my wife stay hydrated during the hot summer months in Arizona. Read more
