Sturdy! Not too terrible to put together, but do be careful not to lose any parts. Mine came with exactly enough bolts and Allen wrenches. It feels very capable. The seat feels tight when sitting. There’s a smidge of wobble in the feet, but that’s to be expected with it being adjustable in height. This piano stool arrived yesterday and I assembled it this morning. There is a video showing you how to put it together, but really the pictorial directions are enough. It took me less than 15 minutes. There are simple screws with washers that are tightened with the 2 supplied Allen wrenches. The seat is height adjustable and it is very comfortable. I would say it is firm with just enough give. It is also very sturdy and when I began practicing piano, my full focus was on playing with no thought to the stool! Highly recommended. Read more

I have an 88-Key Alesis Recital Pro. Purchased as a "first time" Piano for my daughter. And my husband, my mother in law and I all wanted to learn alongside my daughter! Trying to find the right stand was originally quite difficult. All the stands that are made for this Brand and Model are sold out, discontinued, or way pricier than I'd prefer them to be. I stumbled upon Liquid Stands. Loved the website and loved the colors. So thought I'd give it a try. I purchased the stand and two seats. The seats tuck so perfectly under the piano, just the right width (stand is expandable) and love the fact that the stand and the seats can be adjusted for comfortable seating from my daughter's height (46") to my husband's height (75"). The stand comes with Piano straps to hold it into place on the stand. The screws that come with it did not properly fit my piano. However, there was another set of screws meant for another area on the stand that did work.... So I was gonna have to search for another set of those screws to strap the piano in. The package came with a HAND WRITTEN note from the seller, stating if you need anything or have any questions, feel free to reach out. I figured it was just the facade of customer service, but I tried anyway. I text at 8pm that night. I received a text the next morning, asking for my shipping address and they shipped out the needed screws within 24 hours. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS ABSOLUTE FINEST! The seller even went so far to check in to see how it was coming along! I've work in hotel management for more than 15 years.... SERVICE LIKE THAT IS HARD TO COME BY! I was stunned and so grateful! Mike, the seller, did not have to do what he did. Everything that was SUPPOSED to be included in the packaging was there (and very easy assembly)! I am a group piano teacher with multiple keyboards in my studio. I wish I had found these stools from the beginning! I had originally bought some x frame ones and have slowly been replacing them with the liquid stands ones. They are so easy to adjust and so sturdy. The kids are less likely to rock back on them and I really can’t say enough good things. Great attention to detail and I haven’t had to use customer service but all the packaging and communications are very friendly and I would feel confident they would help me if I ever needed them. I use this bench for gigs and have been enjoying it. I didn’t love the directions for putting it together and ended up figuring it out on my own. I think the directions could have been put in a slightly different order and worded in a clearer way. I wish that it was foldable so it would be easier to transport, however I needed the added height in a piano bench so for that purpose this bench is great. It is also very sturdy and very comfortable. I would recommend but keep in mind that installation was a little confusing and it is not foldable. Read more
