Bottom line up front, if you're considering buying an inline spark (plug) tester, I highly recommend buying the Lisle version. Sure, you'll spend a bit more on it. For me, it was a "one time use" purchase however this was my *second* purchase because I bought another much cheaper brand the was broken upon arrival. In short, I didn't save any money buying the more affordable version. This Lisle tool is as all others have said, a very solid product with a bulb you can actual find and replace. I find this device really helpful when I need to quickly see if my small engine has spark. It’s much easier than removing the spark plug and trying to hold it against the engine case.
