The Litter Genie bags are great. The jumbo pack definitely last longer than the standard. The bags hold a lot and once you tie them off, you don’t smell anything coming out of the bags. You need to have a Litter Genie for it to work best. Otherwise, there is really no top or bottom to the bag. It would just be a long thin tube. Read more

Price wise it’s worth the 2 pack. If you have a litter genie you know this really isn’t a ‘bag’, but long tube of plastic. To minimize wasting the bag when you tie a knot at the ends I have a hack. I use a zip tie to secure the ends. Twist about an inch of the bag then zip tie. They’re cheap and you just need the small size ties. You get to save at least 6”-8” ( 3” a 4” on both ends) by not having to tie a knot. Less waste = more to use. Read more

I do love the Litter Genie system. It has helped to keep the smell of the used litter contained within the pail itself. I have only one issue with the bags, you have no warning when you are nearing the end. Maybe "bags" is the wrong word, for someone who is not familiar with Litter Genie. Let me explain. Litter Genie refills is a plastic system which contains a plastic bag like material in the shape of an open ended tube. You take this open end down through the hole on the center of the system, and you tie a knot in the bottom of the plastic tube to make a bag. When it's time to empty the genie, it has a built in blade to cut the plastic, remove the full bag, and then tie your next knot. It's really that simple. I just wish that the plastic had a color change warning system that told you when you were nearing the end, so you don't have accidental spillage inside the body of the genie. Read more
