These underwear fit my son perfectly (4–5T). The cotton is soft and breathable, which is a must for active kids, and they’ve held up well through multiple washes without shrinking or fading. UPDATE::: I got a second set of 6 boxer briefs of the same size for my son. But all these 6 are a much better fit than the ones in the previous set that I bought. So I think there is some slight differences across the sets, as to how they are cut and sewn. Overall, really good boxer briefs. I like this underwear a lot, except the size is a little tricky. I’d give this 4.5stars. The material is incredibly soft and breathable. Not to mention the designs are really fun! I have washed them and no noticeable shrinking. No color runoff. As for the sizing and fit, My almost 3 year old has approx waist size of little less than 18”. He is on the thinner side. So I got him the 3-4yr size. The chart says it has a waist size of 44cm(17.36”). But it turned out to be hugely loose on his waist. The height (length from waist to crotch area) of the underwear was good, but NO WAY he could wear that loose an underwear. So i had to get the 2–3yr size. The waist is still not tight, but he can wear it comfortably without the underwear slipping down. But the “height” for this one is quite small, so unless my boy wears it low on his waist(just above the hip) it will be a bit of a tight fit in the groin area. Since the waist of this underwear is quite a bit, it sits comfortably on the lower waist without being tight. So, all in all the fit is fine, but slightly odd I feel. That being said, My boy feels comfortable all day in these. My son has eczema and it’s very important for me to not have any exposed elastic or too snug fit clothes, especially not a snug underwear. Perfect fit for athletic toddlers! Fabric is softer than most local retailers I have tried. They hold up to heavy washings and play. Don't ride up under clothes. One day the slides at the playground were wet so it became “underwear” day at the park. My son was the only one who wasn’t wearing whitee-tighties just some cool a*+ shorts. I bought these for my grandson who just turned 4 and is tall. I bought the size 6-7 and am pleased with the fit, snug enough to stay up even as he has worn them in the back yard as shorts on the 100 degree days we've had this week, yet there is definately room for him to grow a lot. They are soft and thicker than US brands of undies, well made and they look like they will wear well until outgrown. I washed them on warm and hung to dry before he wore them and they did not shrink.I bought them to replace a US name- brand that was a size 6 and so tight that my grandson had a hard time pulling them up by himself and I had to wash in cold to make sure they didn't shrink.
