Loved these convertible hiking capris.. light, cool, incredibly comfortable. Big enough pockets to carry my cellphone no worries. Just right to wear on the plane. Perfect for hiking all through Costa Rica. I bought size large...don't like anything to cling to me. 5'1, 142lbs. Next pair will be a medium as I'm not big bottomed. Zippers on legs were flawless zip on/off. Washed overnight and were drip dry for the morning. You can pack light with just a couple pair of these. No negatives about them. I purchased these hiking trip for a trip to Utah. I am 68 years old, 5'7". My size in pants is 8-10. I ordered these pants in a medium and they fit perfectly. They are water resistant, not water-proof. In a heavy rain I do get wet. But they dry quickly in a dry spot. I would definitely buy them again. Read more

love these pants purchased for a recent swamp walk sw florida. i do wish that there was a drawstring or toggle in waistband but other than that, would recommend these to anyone. even wet from being in water , at times up to my waist, they were not heavy, a big plus. I have been looking for zip off pants that fit me for quite a while. Most are way too long, even the smallest size. So I ordered the capri length, they at least won't drag on the ground. I went by the size chart and ordered XSmall (5'1", 103 pounds). They fit, as in I could zip them up and move around in them. But they were snugger than I would like in a hiking pant. So back they go. Overall, I LOVE these for hot weather wear. I had first bought the larger size but as I have been losing weight, they were a bit large so I decided to try the next smaller size. I love both pairs but the belts that come with them are hard to detach and I bent and twisted and flexed them etc. and considered cutting through the fabric part of the belt. So far, they finally released before I had to resort to cutting through them. Probably funny to watch me curse them out while trying to detach. But that may just be me and I haven't taken the scissors to them yet. My panic sessions while trying to unlatch them would probably be humorous. Read more

Wonderful fabric/ very quick drying. I am a size 6/8 but got size medium for a looser fit. It really is not that loose. Got the green/ grey color. Now ordering the tan. The colorful detail on the pocket that zips is a fun factor. And With 2 or I may interchange the zipped legging pieces to add flare as it picks up the colorful detail.
