The ankle boots arrived boxed and bagged. The boots were securely wrapped in reusable storage bags inside the box. They are more of a mirror gold rather than matte gold. I love that the boots appear to be very well made and are exactly what I was expecting. The sizing was true to my usual size. The boots have high quality inside zippers making it easy to put them on and take off. The zippers glide effortlessly. The heel height is perfect for walking and wearing for extended periods of time. They also have a very unexpected surprise. The lining! The lining is a beautiful faux fur. I plan to wear them with a black and gold shimmer mini skirt. I needed these asap did a lot of walking in them the day after I ordered them, not to hard to break in, they did rub my picky toe due to the narrow ness of the toe. Overall cute reliable shoe. I bought these shoes to complete my outfit for my Taylor Swift concert and they did just the job! Although these boots are not comfortable in the sense to wear to an all day concert and event, I still managed and they didn’t hurt THAT bad.
